Snowdon Moonlight Hike by Mrs Janet Day

This Saturday Mrs Janet Day is taking part in an action challenge for Macmillan Cancer Support.  She has raised, so far, over £560 for this worthwhile charity.  It is a moonlight hike starting at mid-night on the 5th August up Snowdon.  The people of St Mary’s church and others in the parish have been very generous in sponsoring her for this event which she is very much looking forward to achieving. Mrs Janet Day is the licensed Lay Minister (Reader) in the Builth group of churches and we congratulate her on setting out on this massive achievement wishing every success.
